What is the Dress Code?
Welcome Dinner - Dressy Casual
Wedding - Cocktail (autumnal touches encouraged)
Farewell Brunch - Casual
Are children invited?
Due to restrictions on the space, the wedding reception is a PG-13 event. Nursing babies are an exception. Offsite childcare will be provided gratis for younger visitors. Children are welcome to attend the welcome dinner, wedding ceremony, and farewell brunch. There's even a playground at the welcome dinner site!
What airport should I use?
San Francisco (SFO), Oakland (OAK), Santa Rosa (STS) and Sacramento (SMF) airports are all viable options. Santa Rosa has limited options, but is the easiest to navigate. Sacramento is a slightly longer drive, but is also less busy than Oakland or San Francisco. If coming from the east coast, San Francisco likely has the most flight options. Oakland is a middle option in most regards.
Where should I stay?
Hotels abound in Napa and have a range of prices and amenities. The ones in Downton Napa are within easy walking distance of the welcome dinner, wedding, and reception sites.
American Canyon in the southern stretch of the Napa Valley is likely to have the most affordable hotel options. We have a hotel block at XXX. Visitors may also wish to stay in nearby Sanoma, which is an attractive and historically important town.
Additionally, some local attendees are willing to offer rooms- please contact spreadsheet if you are willing to host or looking to stay with someone.
Airbnb/VIRBO rentals are limited by law within Napa, so options are limited and book out early.
Do I need to rent a car?
While renting a car will give you much more flexibility, it is not absolutely necessary. There are transportation services to Napa county, a list of which are available here:

Additionally, Uber and Lyft are widely available.
